Wonderful island stay

I enjoyed the superior comfort of the beautiful beachfront room. It featured a king-size bed. The room included a stocked mini-bar with daily replenishment. The transfer speedboat was prompt and well organized... a great start to the vacation.

A Decent Stay. Some Misses

The premium beach villa featured two floors, along with a private outdoor jacuzzi. It was quite special. The speedboat journey from the airport took less than 15 minutes, and my partner appreciated that. I found the staff friendly. They waved us off until we were out of sight, and it brought tears to my partner's eyes.
I found some areas needed more care, especially the bedrooms. The mini bar was disappointing. It only included two beers and two sodas. The food at the Gallery was a huge letdown. The fruit tasted like it came from a can, and the hot food was barely warm, twice.

the ferry pick up was smooth, i found it efficient. an unexpected room upgrade. food options included soothing and healthy choices, i believe. the premium beach villas provide convenient access and overlook less frequented beach areas, and i do recommend them.

the gallery restaurant provides a great selection, and i found the variety and quality excellent. the sea breeze restaurant offers a pleasant ambiance. there is also a japanese restaurant with attentive service, that i enjoyed much.

the diving center is well facilitated with modern equipment. the island has amazing house reefs that i explored extensively. there is also a kids club that offers various activities, nice for relaxation.

a good experience, indeed
convenient speedboat triprich reefcordial staff
the location have a convenient 15-minute speedboat trip from the airport. the reef is rich with varied sea life, including small sharks near the shore. the staff are cordial and available, it is good.
i discovered two dead roaches in the room. i requested cleaning, but one remained. whatsapp support sent generic apologies without any follow-up action.
