the lodge was located just outside the city. the drive to major attractions like lake louise was straightforward. our two-bedroom lodge featured large, comfortable beds and two bathrooms. the open-plan living area included a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a cozy seating space.
some window screens were damaged, allowing insects to enter.

the kitchen included a full-sized refrigerator, a microwave, and an oven. it also had utensils, cookware, and dishes for preparing meals, even for a picky eater (like me).

the front desk staff provided assistance with directions and local information. they were attentive and helped with every request. the check-in process was efficient, and staff were available to address questions.

the lodge offered ample space for our family and the beds were very comfortable. we had a private balcony that provided a scenic view. the bathrooms were clean, functional, and well-stocked.

the two-bedroom cottage was big and spacious. One bedroom had its own ensuite upstairs. The second bedroom with bathroom, kitchen, and living area were downstairs. I seen a black bear one morning near our chalet, it was amazing.
the facilities are old and the photos didn't do justice. The fireplace did not work, it was disappointing. The fridge froze all of our food, so i had to throw some salads.

the kitchen was well stocked with everything i needed. i appreciated the grill on the porch. but the view from the porch was amazing! the space was quiet.
the only slight issue was that some electrical work had been recently done. the second-floor main bedroom's ceiling light switch was not working, but i informed the maintenance team.
