Wonderful Mountain Escape
lovely view prompt service loft room daily chocolates
The gondola ride to the hotel offered lovely views. The staff demonstrated kindness and prompt service throughout my stay (they always greeted me with a smile). My room upgrade for my birthday to a two-story loft, complete with a fireplace and large windows, was an absolute treat. I also found the daily chocolates a good touch.
The shuttle schedules require careful planning to ensure timely transport to and from town.

Anniversary Delight at Mountain's Peak
attentive service nice day
We celebrated our anniversary here. The staff ensured it was lovely. Hotel management provided attentive service, exceeding expectations to make our day nice. My husband and I particularly enjoyed the West Wing loft room and recommend it to those wanting to elevate their experience. We hope to return in the future.
we found the lack of a refrigerator in the room inconvenient. Given the location and the need for a gondola ride, I understand the limitation. I feel a small refrigerator would have enhanced our stay.

The staff was always attentive. They addressed all our needs quickly and efficiently. The virtual concierge sent texts to ensure any need was met, and I really felt cared for. It was a level of service that enhanced our overall experience.

Decent stay AT the lodge
guided hikes friendly staff thin wall long wait
The staff were cheerful. They wanted to. I appreciated THAT the guided hikes were offered. Getting our bags to and from the Gondola was really helpful.
The walls were VERY thin. I could hear every word from my neighbors. The restaurant service was poor. I waited over an hour to receive our food after ordering it.

Excellent Mountain Stay!!!
shuttle service diligent service friendly staff
the hotel offered a shuttle service, and dominik, the driver, was helpful. he was always available for pickups and drop-offs. i really appreciated his diligent and polite service. the skiing was great, even with it being a busy long weekend. the hotel reception and concierge staff were always friendly and helpful. the housekeeping was also very good!!!
