great options efficient services clean room friendly staff
The breakfast included great options. The hotel has efficient services. The room was very clean I noticed upon arrival. I found the waiting and bar staff especially friendly and professional .
The gym could use a little updating to enhance the experience.

Excellent stay and amazing service!
convenient parking bay view friendly staff
I appreciate the parking. It was right outside the front door. The views of the bay were also lovely. I also found the staff particularly friendly. it was a fantastic experience.
The shampoo and shower gel dispenser was empty upon arrival. It was a minor issue, yet surprising for such a highly-rated hotel.

The Family Room was spacious and very clean. I especially liked the attention to detail in the room's setup. The bathroom included fresh towels and useful toiletries.

The staff was helpful and courteous. I am so thankful. I found Meghan, the receptionist, provided a particularly warm welcome. The dining staff offered quick and attentive service at all times.

friendly staff helpful information tea facilities tasty food
i found the reception staff very friendly and helpful upon arrival. they provided all necessary information quickly. the room included tea and coffee making facilities. also, i thought the morning staff was particularly cheerful and accommodating during breakfast. the food was really tasty, and i found the portions satisfying.
I noticed a slight musty smell in the hallway leading to my room. It dissipated quickly, however.

The room was spacious and well-kept, with a large, comfortable double bed. Handwash and showergel were provided, offering a convenient touch. an iron plus ironing board were available in the room, and a safe was there to secure my valuables, a plus.

The hotel's parking area was expansive. I found it very convenient. the gym looked well-equipped, i saw a variety of machines. the location is excellent for exploring local natural amenities. The town is only a brief walk away, a plus.

cold bedroom basic food
The bedroom was a little too cold for my liking. I noticed the heat was off, and a draft came in through the window. The breakfast service left something to be desired. I waited ages for someone to appear, maybe they overslept. The food choices were pretty basic. Bread was still in its plastic packaging!

generous portions excellent location
The food portions were generous and delicious. The breakfast buffet offered great variety and quality. I also found free parking very convenient. The hotel is in an excellent location.
The TV had limited channels, with only Saorview available, this restricted our viewing options during downtime.
