the staff were friendly. the location of the hotel is very convenient. it is close to the shrine. the room was clean and quiet, with a good shower.
i thought the menu in the restaurant was the same every day. i found that a little disappointing. i would have preferred a bit more variety .

the location was acceptable, near the shrine.
the dinner service was a mess. we waited and waited to be served as other diners came and got served first. the staff just stood around, laughing and talking, not looking our way at all. it was infuriating!!!

The breakfast service WAS slow. On two mornings, I waited almost 45 minutes after the booked time. My room card failed multiple times, requiring several trips back to reception. group meetings caused NOISE late into the night. This disturbed my sleep, and the reception staff member had a cold. THIS wasn't ideal.

the location is wonderfully close to the church (perfect for peaceful reflection). the evening meal was good and the breakfast too. the shower was fantastic.
the restaurant looked closed and i had to go to the lobby area (it was a bit confusing). i found that i had to box up my own salad at the table. i felt this detracted from the dining experience.

Parking spaces are located just outside. A dedicated unloading area exists. The room provided was a Double Room. I found it very clean. The bed was comfortable. A breakfast buffet was included. I am coeliac and I found good food to choose from.

The location is SUPER convenient to the shrine. It was just a short walk!!! The food in the restaurant was delicious, and I especially loved the breakfast options. The staff members were friendly and made check-in very easy.
The gym equipment looked a bit dated.
