Fantastic Stay!

amazing locationhuge choicepersonal attitude
The location was amazing directly on Lake Constance! The breakfast had a huge choice of food. I loved that they reopened the kitchen to feed my child and the staff even gave my child a sandwich at 2 AM. The water views were very nice!
The receptionist didn't seem professional and she made her personal attitude towards certain social groups obvious. I think she could learn a lot from the waiter regarding customer service.

a charming hotel on the lake

I found the breakfast provided many choices and fresh options. the staff was very friendly throughout my stay. I liked their helpful attitude. parking was easy in the garage, a very convenient feature. i was perfectly content with my double room and its lovely view.
the television in my room sometimes switched off by itself which was a small disturbance. the door to my room did not close properly at times either. it was not really a major inconvenience but still worth mentioning.

The breakfast was excellent and offered many good selections for everyone. I could try different choices. the restaurant featured an elegant environment. I really liked the variety of excellent meals on the menu.

The front desk personnel welcomed us warmly. I found their guidance clear and helpful. housekeeping visited the rooms daily. They ensured everything was in order while i was out. the general feeling was professional and efficient.

lovely stay at the lake!

the rooms are large and had nice beds. breakfast was great with a huge choice and lots of it. i appreciated the indoor pool with a relaxing area too.
the air conditioning did not work. i called reception, and they told me it would be turned on, but there was no possibility of controlling it from the room.
