The hotel is located conveniently near attractions. The team was attentive to all questions. They provided a whatsapp number, a service i found efficient (communication was easy). I appreciated the spacious, modern rooms and the excellent breakfast offered downstairs.
The hotel is positioned almost at sea level. This means walking up a very steep street to reach the grand bazaar or the tram line. This could be challenging for people with medical problems.
