I found the location really convenient. it was near public transport and shops! i appreciated fresh fruits every day. also, fresh towels looked daily, it felt so luxurious. The staff cleaned the room every day. the breakfast was excellent, i ate a lot!
the room was slightly smaller than expected, but honestly. it wasn't a big deal.

central location convenient tram diverse breakfast
the location was central. i easily accessed attractions by tram, a convenient option. the reception operated 24/7, a reassuring feature. i found the breakfast diverse, with a beautiful view from the seventh floor, and it ran from 7 am to 10 am.
the carpets were not vacuumed , and the washroom received inadequate attention. housekeeping primarily replaced bed sheets and toiletries. vacuuming and thorough cleaning of all surfaces would improve the experience.

mixed feelings about the stay
small room size basic breakfast
the location was good and the area felt safe , i guess.
i was disappointed with the small room size , it was really cramped. also , the breakfast was basic and lacked variety , not what i expected. the staff kept promising to fix the safe , but it never happened.

convenient location fresh towels helpful staff
i found the location very convenient. it is close to tram stops. daily cleaning with fresh towels and sheets was appreciated. the reception staff, kadir and shaheen, were very helpful .
The temperature control in the room was a bit tricky. It took a while to adjust. sometimes the room felt too warm or too cool.
