i am grateful for the location, it was prime. breakfast had good options. i found the room very clean. the staff was indeed lovely, very helpful with directions.
the street made navigating wheelie suitcases tricky. this can make arrival difficult. i did have some issues with the cobblestone street outside.

this made access to upper floors easy. self check-in was convenient, particularly as i arrived late at night. it added a layer of flexibility to my arrival.

breakfast offered a simple light fare. the food could be eaten in a pleasant courtyard. the courtyard location provided a relaxing start to the day. it was a good way to begin the day.

Fantastic Stay in the Heart of Everything!

I really appreciated the hotel's location, right by Michael's Gate. The staff was helpful. They even arranged taxis and spoke to the driver for me. Breakfast was delicious in the dining area, and my room was spacious and comfortable. I will return!

The room was very clean and spacious, with everything I needed. It also had a fantastic view of the castle and Michael's Gate. The room included comfortable furnishings and effective soundproofing. I slept soundly each night.

The garden provided a really nice view while I was having breakfast. The hotel also offered free high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the premises, accessible in all rooms and common areas. There was a dedicated luggage storage area as well.

The hotel reception staff was so helpful, going out of their way to assist me. The young man on reception even walked me to a meeting point to pick up my cab. I am so grateful for the amazing service!!!

The location was ideal to explore the whole area. It was next to Michael's Gate, placing me in the heart of the city. I found easy access to shops, restaurants, and historical sites.

Breakfast was a good choice with a very wide variety of options. The breakfast area was clean and well-kept, and the staff were attentive. I especially enjoyed the fresh pastries and the selection of local cheeses.

the room included a mini fridge which was quite useful for storing drinks and snacks i got from a nearby store the breakfast buffet offered a good variety of options each morning ensuring i started my days well. i appreciated the attentive staff who were helpful with directions and suggestions.
i found the shower plumbing leaked a bit causing water to seep under the floor i noticed this each time i showered resulting in a wet spot on the carpet in the bathroom area.

the hotel is situated up a little cobbled street providing a quiet atmosphere it is very close to restaurants and bars allowing easy access to dining and entertainment options most of the major sights are within walking distance.
