the breakfast was diverse and delicious. the restaurant served amazing breakfast, lunch, and dinner options! the cleaning ladies were always kind and smiling, i found this very heartwarming. the location was perfect for me, it was easy to get around on foot.

The gym was a bit old. Some equipment needed maintenance.

The family room was spacious and comfortable for my family. It included two separate sleeping areas. amenities included a minibar stocked with complimentary drinks. the beds had comfortable pillows, which ensured a good night's sleep.

The breakfast was adequate, with a sufficient variety of options.

The air conditioning did NOT function adequately. The room temperature remained at 25 degrees Celsius, Especially with the outside temperatures being very warm. The staff at reception also presented a problem, they were not smiling or cute.
