The view from the restaurant was acceptable and showed the bay.
The pool was more like a bathtub it was small and the water was cold. I also found the staff at reception unhelpful. They did not provide useful information. The location was very poor without a car it was difficult to get around.

The view from the room was amazing, and i really enjoyed it! i had a double room with a balcony. It offered a partial sea view. the balcony added a nice touch! daily service was very efficient, maintaining cleanliness. staff members were consistently friendly and helpful, this.

The hotel provided a nice experience. The staff was consistently friendly and helpful, they gave us detailed maps and taxi information. I booked the private pool on arrival, it was a nice touch. Breakfast included many choices with delicious pastries.
The hotel's location is a bit uphill, making walks back a bit challenging, especially without readily available transportation options.

the restaurant offered a great selection. i enjoyed the outdoor lounge area with views of the bay and mount vesuvius. the staff was attentive. i also appreciated the convenient access to the cable car for transportation into the main area.
the room's air conditioning was not very effective, so i had some trouble regulating the temperature. i found the breakfast to be quite average and repetitive. there were not many options available. the pillows provided were not comfortable for me. they seemed worn and could use replacing.

The hotel staff was friendly. The view from the rooftop was lovely. I tasted good food at a reasonable price. The white wine, Greco di Tortuffo, was nice. I loved the overall experience. The breakfast had a good selection of fare. The hotel was very clean. The furnishings were beautiful. It was a great location. I found the view fabulous. I thought the staff was very helpful. The view of the Gulf was great. I found the location excellent. I would return. The staff was friendly. They were helpful. I really hope to visit again.
The walk to access any facilities took 30 minutes. It was uphill. I needed to walk to bus stops. I also needed to walk to restaurants.
