the location was good with parking nearby

i found the cleaning staff did not do a good job i noticed they did not replace sheets and they did not refill the espresso my espresso machine did not work i told the front office three times it was never replaced

mixed feelings about this stay

useful kitchenettemissed cleaningbroken espresso machine

the kitchenette actually proved useful. i mean, i did use it.

Daily cleaning was apparently optional. my room was bypassed more than once. I even ran out of toilet paper. the espresso machine was out of order too and despite reporting it thrice, nobody seemed to care enough to replace it.
