Absolutely Fantastic Stay!

My 'Cosy Room' was immaculate and very comfortable. The blackout curtains worked perfectly, and the large TV was a plus. The reception staff were friendly. Clare helped me with taxi arrangements and made sure everything was okay. The food quality was AMAZING!!!

i was super impressed by the room! it was large and had this totally tasteful design. the beds were super comfy, and there was plenty of space for all my clothes. i was really impressed with the rainfall shower too! the staff? they were amazing and super helpful, i loved it.
i was quoted one price online, but then i had to pay a higher amount when i arrived. the difference was meant to be refunded, but it might take up to five days. it was a bit of an inconvenience!

the public areas has bright decoration. it has a modern and airy design. the breakfast tasted good, i made do with a takeaway bacon on croissant.
the room cleaners needed to be more vigilant. there was dust everywhere. the reception team did not communicate about water issue and wasn't their fault.
