the house offers a lovely continental breakfast. parking is available on site. i appreciate its close proximity to a cliff walk, that leads to the beach.
The walls seemed a bit thin. I could hear some noise from other rooms.

the room was clean.
The bathroom was quite small. it felt cramped. i also found the traffic noise disruptive at night. Heavy trucks seemed to be passing by frequently until late.

the breakfast included assorted cereals , toast , fruit , cheese , oj , and teas.
I experienced issues with noise disruption . Trucks passed frequently outside the window from 11 pm to 4 am , transporting building materials. i found it very disturbing to my sleep.

comfy bedfantastic valuenoise issue
margaret and jim were sensational hosts. comfy beds were provided in a lovely room. breakfast was also a personal touch. the overall venue offered fantastic value for money.
the room did face some noise, with trucks rolling by at night. this made it difficult to sleep. i hope they can address this issue soon.

the location boasts amazing sea views and easy access to the area. the cliff walk starts just in front of the house. ample parking is available to every guest.

margaret and jim are very kind and helpful. they provided us with many helpful recommendations about the area. we had a sensational experience and felt very welcome by them on arrival to the premises.

the room included a large tv and fantastic decor. cleanliness was top notch, i could not fault the room. our own patio area with seating let us catch a wonderful view during sunset.

the venue offers a continental breakfast and it was delicious. jim's latte was spot on and made the breakfast even better. breakfast included a tasty selection of foods and drinks.

The room had a king size bed. The room also included tea, coffee, biscuits and bottled water. These were replenished as used! Lots of parking space was available. The location overlooks the sea.
The room was in the annex behind the main building. This made it somewhat less convenient! The breakfast was continental.
