The location provided easy access to both Geysir and Gullfoss. I found the rooms spacious. they were comfortable. The hotel offered a wake-up service specifically for viewing the Northern Lights, I found this useful.
The food menu I saw was overpriced. The main course meals were expensive. This pricing felt excessive, especially with limited alternative dining options nearby

My room had windows that open to the nearby farm area, I saw lovely views. The bathroom had a good size, though it lacked a shelf in the shower for personal toiletries. The bed and pillows were good.

Free parking was plentiful near the hotel. The breakfast buffet, included with my reservation, included varied and well-prepared offerings. I did have dinner at the restaurant, it was delicious.

The hotel is a short distance from Gullfoss. This is a lovely double waterfall. IT reminded me of being in a wilderness, which I appreciated. Also the location was amazing for viewing the Northern Lights.

the staff was helpful i appreciated their assistance with directions the included breakfast was a good start to the day it had a decent variety the restaurant offered good views while dining overlooking the countryside. the location provided easy access to the waterfall and other golden circle attractions parking was available on site making it convenient for exploring the area. the room was warm and clean after a long day of driving.
the room temperature was slightly warm even with the window open.
