the staff named arbaaz provided genuinely good service.
i booked well in advance and requested a quiet, high-floor room, but i was given a tiny room on the ground floor near the pantry. constant noise and chatter kept me awake. also, the breakfast was pathetic with limited options.

the room entry used a convenient qr code system. rohit assisted me with laundry services promptly before checkout. the breakfast buffet had a good selection and the staff were attentive and kind to all guests.
the road outside is narrow with limited space for pedestrians so caution is needed when exiting the hotel.
