Great Experience Downtown

The staff was helpful, especially during check-in, it was quick and easy. I found the room to be quiet, this was a plus given the central location. The Saffron restaurant provided a tasty dinner, I was kinda surprised by the quality.
The bathroom shower had a minor temperature fluctuation problem, though not a deal-breaker.

the hotel is in a great location, very close to connaught place. the staff members were attentive and always ready to help (i really appreciated their kindness). the room was clean and provided all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.
The temperature of the water in the shower fluctuated a lot. it was hard to get a stable, comfortable temperature.

The check in process was smooth. They had the room ready for me upon arrival. The breakfast offered many choices. It included ready to eat items, made to order options, fresh fruits, and various juices. The room was also very clean. It included all mentioned amenities.
The shower had a slightly cold temperature. I could not get it to warm up enough for my liking.

The breakfast have little options. The restaurant staff was not kind. The shower temperature fluctuate. I must ask for shampoo and shower gel because they do not replace those items. I found this unacceptable.
