underwhelming experience
thick dust doughy pie
my stay werent great. the cleaning was a real issue, especially the thick dust i saw. the shower door never closed, and mildew covered the showers. even worse, the loo seat wasnt even properly attached. i found the food seriously overpriced and not up to par. the steak pie was doughy, and the "monkish scampi" taste like fish goujons. its like they care more about looks than actual quality.

comfortable bed modern room great bathroom excellent housekeeping
i found a comfortable large bed in the lovely modern room. the great sized bathroom was a definite plus for me. excellent housekeeping ensured a super clean environment throughout my stay. i also thought the delicious breakfast and friendly staff created a very cute atmosphere.
a slight hiccup was that i noticed the restaurant was a little understaffed during peak hours, resulting in slightly longer wait times for service however, it was worth the wait.

fantastic food good service bliss bed lovely staff
The food was fantastic. Service and facilities were very good. the room was wonderful and the bed provided utter bliss. i want to return soon. the staff was also very lovely. They were pleasant and helpful.
cleaning standards were slightly below what i expected. i found some dust on surfaces in the room. i also noticed some areas were not hoovered properly.
