the grounds were immaculate , and i felt so welcome. the hotel staff were professional and friendly. our afternoon tea was one of the best i have had , the beautiful surroundings and attentive staff made it special. it made for a very relaxing afternoon.
the freshly squeezed juice i requested for breakfast was not fresh , but industrially produced. i could easily tell the difference between fresh and packeted juice. i asked for a glass of freshly squeezed juice , but this request was not fulfilled. i found this quite disappointing.

issac greeted us warmly upon arrival. he has an infectious personality. jordi showed us around the beautiful hotel. he shared the fascinating history. our evening ended in valerie cocktail bar. the live music created the perfect atmosphere. superb cocktails ended our evening wonderfully.
i asked for freshly squeezed juice for breakfast. i received an industrially produced glass of juice instead.

the grounds were beautiful. the restaurants are fabulous I found the staff excellent, right from arriving at the gatehouse through checking out.
the gym was a little difficult to find at first. it needed clearer signage.

the grounds presented immaculate care. the staff demonstrated professionalism , coupled with genuine warmth , it felt special. our afternoon tea proved good. coronation chicken sandwiches were delicious , the warm scones with jams and cream added to the experience.
the packeted juice served instead of fresh juice at breakfast was a slight letdown.

the gates opened to reveal a beautiful driveway , lined by a stream and fine parkland. i enjoyed a super clean and relaxing spa. i spent time outside in the autumn sun. i watched kites soaring above me.
the plaster work near the window in my room looked awful , i think it needs some maintenance.

the gym features three treadmills and two stationary bikes , so i could keep up with my routine. the pool area includes twenty loungers and also a shaded section.
