The location's proximity to the train station was convenient. It simplified my commute.
I was assigned a room with a rather unpleasant view. It looked out onto back alleys and wasn't the most inspiring. the lack of a refrigerator and having to request a hairdryer from the front desk were also slight inconveniences.

The customer service was great. My room included great air conditioning. Shops nearby provide easy access to essentials. The metro link right outside provided super easy travel to central locations.
The room I had did not include a refrigerator.

The reception staff is helpful and accommodating, always ready to assist with requests such as extra pillows or a hairdryer. The staff are so nice and always smile to the guests. They helped me move my luggage.

I found the location very convenient with the train station just a short walk away. the staff were helpful with directions and provided water for my room. i liked the continental breakfast. It had a good selection. i appreciated the modern facilities.
The room i had was quite small. It was hard to manage luggage without it obstructing the door. it would be good to have a little more space.
