broken phonelong wait
The room phone wasn't working so ordering room service became a hassle. I had to use my personal mobile. Breakfast cost extra, and when I got to the egg station, I was told there would be a half-hour wait for an omelette. The hotel needed more staff at the breakfast area. We were there during a busy time.
