fantastic stay, A TRUE GEM!
spacious villa modern appliance climate control large terrace
the villa was VERY spacious and sparkling clean. the kitchen included modern appliances and cookware for preparing meals. EVERY room had its own climate control ensuring everyone's comfort. i loved the two large terraces that included outdoor seating and dining areas.
i noticed very few minor stains on some bathroom tiles, but it did not IMPACT the overall experience.

staff members provided helpful assistance and looked both friendly and efficient. staff were available to answer questions and address requests quickly. reception was always available.

the resort features multiple outdoor pools that catered to both adults and children. ample lounge chairs and shaded areas surrounded the pool. a well-equipped fitness center included modern cardio machines and free weights.

my townhouse offered a spacious living area with comfortable seating and a large tv. the bedrooms included comfortable beds with high-quality linens. bathrooms featured modern fixtures and plenty of towels.

The townhouse provided ample space for relaxation. The kitchen was fully equipped. The bedrooms were generously sized and comfortable. The washing machine was very helpful after beach trips.
The service I received lacked warmth. Some interactions felt impersonal.

maintained grounds good temperature
The grounds were well maintained. Crews watered and trimmed daily. the pool had a good temperature. We always found a chair.
The service was not great. Some staff members seemed rude.

flimsy utensil ant infestation
the apartment was spacious enough for my needs.
I was annoyed because the kitchen stuff wasn't great. the spaghetti spoon felt flimsy, and the spatulas weren't much better. a five-star place should have a better toaster. It felt cheap. also, ants were everywhere, a bit gross and unexpected.

The apartment was spacious. It included a kitchen with utensils. A washing machine was available and helpful. The pool was VERY close to our apartment!!!
The gym equipment felt a little outdated.
