Mixed feelings about the stay
repetitive mealslimited menu
I was a bit disappointed. The evening meals felt repetitive. Too many fish options was, and several dishes contained heavy sauces (i do not like heavy sauces). The kids' menu lacked variety. Pasta and chips seemed like the only choices. the food didn't quite meet my expectations for a stay at this price point.

i loved how clean the hotel was, the staff are superstars! reception sorted out our room change like pros, and the restaurant staff were always ready to help. bartenders were super nice, and the animation team kept everyone entertained. it was amazing to see so many families having fun, thanks to the fantastic staff!

there are amazing swimming pools, including a separate adults-only pool and a kids' area, everyone can enjoy their time! the gym has treadmills and stationary bikes, also there is direct access to the nearby beach.

our family room was really spacious with a huge balcony and amazing views, also the beds were really comfy! the fridge included juices and water, housekeeping was also great, keeping everything clean and tidy.

the food was varied, especially for an all-inclusive! there are cocktails and alcohol drinks available. there were snack bars as well as the main restaurant. the staff in the restaurant seem to be in perpetual motion clearing and relaying tables!!!

Every member of staff we encountered was cheerful and friendly. A real asset to the hotel! the animation team worked so hard throughout the day and evening. they constantly ensured everyone was having a good time!!!
