the staff was attentive. they always provided support. the breakfast included a splendid selection (especially the fresh fruit). lots of excellent eating places were nearby, away from the touristy areas. i liked the use of space and how it's presented.

the room was quite small. it looked nice at first, but some fixtures are broken, specifically the door handles. there were problems with the shower.

The room was small. Moving around was difficult I could barely open my suitcase. The noise was bad I could hear everything happening outside and upstairs. Also breakfast lacked variety it had limited options.

The staff provided helpful and kind service! they stored our port wine and even gave us wine glasses for us to drink. the location is very good, so you can walk everywhere or take the metro. It is very close. everything smelled nice there!
