the room was spacious. i found the bed comfortable enough. the rooftop bar has views. the breakfast buffet included variety.
the air conditioning had issues. it seemed to be controlled remotely. this made it difficult to keep the room cool. the shower drain had a bad smell.

we were given a spacious triple room. the room was very clean and well equipped, i appreciated the nespresso machine with capsules that were restocked daily. i also really enjoyed the rooftop bar, it had a nice view.
The bathroom extractor fan seemed to always be on. The noise was noticeable at night.

i did not have breakfast at the hotel. there were many restaurants and cafés in the neighborhood. this allowed easy access to varied dining options with local flair.

the hotel is a short walk from trindade station. this made access to the airport very easy. there is a bus stop right outside the hotel that takes you to serralves park.

the hotel is modern with a calm atmosphere. the rooftop space had a great view. the rooms include a free in-room safe and tea and coffee making facilities for added convenience.

the room was modern. there was a coffee machine with tea and water in the room. these were restocked each day.
The rooms are small. i found no hooks to hang anything. street noise was significant. It was impossible to open the window. the noise felt constant, both day and night.

My room was spacious and clean. The shower had plenty of hot water, I appreciate this. Staff printed our train ticket and booked a taxi for me, it was so helpful. The rooftop bar on the eighth floor offered enjoyable drinks.
The air conditioning seemed controlled by reception. It turned off intermittently during the night. I had to repeatedly turn it back on to cool the room.

The room was furnished and very clean. I found a decent supply of coffee in the room. It was great. The bed size listed as a double felt larger than a North American queen.

The staff were very pleasant and so helpful. I got advice on local restaurants from the receptionist. He was very friendly. The hotel offered quietness away from crowds, I loved it.
