i found the location near liberty bridge very convenient i appreciated the attentive staff and their assistance the breakfast had great options to start the day i thought the rooms were nice and well-kept

the minibar refrigerator did not function at this hotel it was somewhat disappointing as i expected it to be operational for storing drinks and snacks this impacted the convenience of the room

The location is excellent. It made exploring so easy. We found many shops and places to eat very nearby. The complimentary water each day was a bonus and we appreciated this detail very much.

The room was quite small. I booked a room I thought would be larger, so that was disappointing. The breakfast variety was not up to expectations.

The hotel's location is very central! close to main attractions. I found many restaurants within a short walk. This made dining very convenient. The staff was friendly and offered useful boat trip recommendations. I also appreciated the art displayed in both my room and the communal spaces.

The minibar refrigerator in my room did not function. This was a minor inconvenience.

my room felt very small. i expected more for the price i payed. i had to wait for a table at breakfast for 10 minutes. it was annoying. the hotel felt more like three stars than four.
