i found the location superb. walking was very easy to most attractions. the breakfast included many choices. staff displayed good support . the rooms are lovely. the room had ample space for luggage. the bed was large and very comfortable. these small things MATTER to me.
I noticed limited toiletries WERE available. Perhaps more could be offered.

The location ROCKS. It is literally close to EVERYTHING. The room was MODERN and spacious, covering ALL my needs. The staff IS very kind and helpful, I REALLY enjoyed that there IS a restaurant. i love that there's a 24h reception!

I found mini-fridges stocked in all the rooms, super handy. the executive suite was a treat. It had great coffee and gluten-free pastries. an ice machine was available and very useful. It was easy to grab ice whenever i needed it.
the hallway had a noticeable smell in the mornings. it came from the kitchen, i guess? it made me lose my appetite.
