the location allowed quick access to central areas and christmas markets. i appreciate the varied breakfast and the complimentary tea available in the lobby. the staff was friendly and helped me greatly with directions and recommendations for local restaurants.
the bar area felt slightly uncomfortable for gathering.

the hotel stands close to a bus stop and station, the journey to the airport takes about twenty minutes with the express bus. stephansplatz and morritzplaz are reachable in a short time by foot, a plus.

the reception was staffed 24 hours, a great security perk! the room had daily cleaning service, so it was always super clean. the hotel felt safe, super important for two women travelers. the location was perfect with quiet streets, but near the center!

The breakfast was fantastic! i loved the salmon, cereals, cheese, fruits, and pastries. The staff were attentive. the room itself was great, and the beds were really comfortable! i especially loved that i could open the window for fresh air because the room could get warm.
