The room was spacious. It had good amenities. breakfast was nice. the staff was helpful.

the location was superb. we could walk to almost every place we wanted to visit. the room itself was pristine and comfortable. there was a welcome bottle of wine and a sincere note in the room (a very nice touch).
breakfast had limited a la carte options. it was of good quality, but became a bit boring after the second day. the rooms were only cleaned upon request which i found unusual. the checkout was also unprofessional, they didn't ask how the stay was.

the location was marvelous! there is a u-bahn right next to the hotel, so it was very easy to get to the airport. i could easily travel further than the city center too. the room was spacious with vaulted ceilings and a view of the cathedral. the room felt quiet and calm.
the room had a very small window at the end, it was very dark inside! it was far from what was presented in the room overview. the general quality of the hotel is far from 5 stars. there is no real lobby or a bar.

Really good Central Hotel

The hotel's location is really good. It is close to major attractions, shops, and various restaurants. The front desk staff put in extra effort to arrange shipping for purchases. I will return because of the friendly staff.
Breakfast offered a limited a la carte selection. The quality was acceptable, but the options became repetitive after two days.

This often causes delays during peak hours. There is no bar and the hotel has no restaurants open for general dining. It appears to have been made for Instagram.

The staff is helpful. They always assist with patience. The hotel is in the heart of the city near St Stephen's Church. Staff can help with any problem that arises during one's stay.
