poor showerbreakfast time
the shower was quite poor. the water pressure was almost non-existent. breakfast service did not begin until 9 a.m. so we felt it should have been earlier

sue was SO cute when I arrived. the room was lovely and comfortable. the breakfast was amazing and nothing was too much trouble.

warm showercomfortable bedaccommodating hostsgood breakfast
i received a text about room readiness and arrival time. the shower was wonderfully warm, and the bed provided immense comfort. the hosts were accommodating, and breakfast was perfect with great value for money. i was offered coffee upon my arrival, a thoughtful touch indeed.

the breakfast buffet included fresh fruit, cereals, croissants, and a selection of jams. there was a great amount of choice, providing an excellent start to the day. the breakfast arrangement was 'help yourself'.

the hotel is just a short distance from the beach. it is easy to walk to the centre along the promenade. the tram stops outside the hotel providing convenient transportation.

Parking was easy at the front of the hotel, a great convenience. i received a very warm welcome from sue. the hotel also welcomed my dog, hamish. The lounge area was helpful in relaxing.

the breakfast buffet offered an unbelievable selection. the tram stop was directly across the road, very convenient. my single room was warm and spotlessly clean.
