super clean bathroombeautiful bedroom
The bedroom was beautiful and it was decorated tastefully. The bathroom was super clean, that sets the tone for the whole stay to me.
The worn balcony was not big enough for me to stand on it.

Acceptable Stay but Overstated Luxury

The breakfast was of high quality.
The hotel did not immediately strike me as a true five-star hotel perhaps because the balcony was quite worn. The room's lighting seemed poorly planned and the bathroom lighting was especially dim making it hard to get ready. The room was not cleaned after my first night fresh towels were just left outside.

nice breakfastlovely ownerscomfortable stay
the breakfast was NICE with PLENTY of choice. The owners were LOVELY and could not do more to. They were very supportive and understanding when I had to check in late because of travel disruption.
the pillows were TOO soft. a choice of firmer ones would have helped but it is a minor point.
