The apartment's location was convenient for accessing local amenities.
The noise was problematic. Drilling continued for days and impacted my rest, that was especially unwelcome.

the apartment was spacious. it was clean upon arrival. the kitchen had basics like salt pepper and washing up liquid. secure parking was available on site and free.
the bathroom fan did not work. the towel heating rack was not functioning. the shower fixture had some broken controls. the freezer was completely full of built up frost.
