breakfast was tasty and healthy. the room was gorgeous and it had its own outside space. i got lucky and got on site parking, its limited though.
the beds were big but sagged in the middle. it feels a bit soft. the manager looked unimpressed to move his car, when it was blocking our car on leaving.

charming georgian gem

tasteful furnishings sunken lounge superior breakfast excellent location
The staff showed me three room options. I chose the english basement to minimize steps. It was spacious. The bathroom felt modern, i slept with open windows one night, a fan helped keep the temperature perfect. the furnishings have a tasteful style, the sunken lounge is very charming! breakfast was superior. I especially loved the pastries and fresh fruit. the location felt excellent, this posh neighborhood is close to parks and georgian homes.
the room lacked a small fridge, it would have been useful for storing drinks.
Dining

small room missing door
The breakfast was good.
The room felt smaller than expected. The shower lacked a door, a design flaw I found inconvenient. Water splashed all over the floor each time I showered, it was a real mess. The staff did bring extra towels, though it didn't fully solve the issue.

The room i got was not what i expected and seem smaller than shown on the website. also, i noticed some noise from the street during the night so it was difficult get to sleep. i think the soundproofing needs improvement. It really affected my rest.
