I found the staff very cute. even helping with my bags. It was all so friendly. the breakfast was really good. The various options were great, especially since i am a fussy eater.

The hotel is located within a walkable distance to the station. It took me about 15 minutes. there are also convenience stores and restaurants nearby. These are convenient for quick meals and any necessities i needed .

My room was spacious, complete with a mountain view i did enjoy! the bed felt comfortable. Everything was super clean, as i have come to expect from hotels in japan and the provided amenities enhanced my experience.

The receptionists were polite. They were also helpful when i asked for recommendations. one receptionist communicated fluently. This helped with my inquiries, though the omelette chef was the friendliest staff member at breakfast.
