Acceptable Room, Disappointing Service

The location was acceptable. It allowed for easy access to nearby attractions.
The staff's demeanor upon arrival was not cute, and I found it quite impersonal. The bathroom was poorly designed. Showering required stepping into the tub and the inadequate drainage resulted in water all over the bathroom floor. The breakfast was also quite mediocre, with few appealing options.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The receptionist created a lovely first impression. The room was well equipped. The food was good and of great value. The service was attentive and efficient.

The dining room features attentive wait staff. The restaurant staff was very kind. Some reception staff was very helpful. I was able to make a reservation for lunch with the help of the staff.
