The towel warmer in the bathroom worked perfectly. the modern room decor was a definite plus. the coffee machine downstairs was available any time. That was very convenient.

I appreciated the proximity to the train and bus station. It was just a short walk. the room had a nice balcony. breakfast had a wide variety of choices to select.
during the stay, the room became quite hot as the air conditioning system was not functioning properly.

the location is quite good. the tram station is nearby. the city center and the lake are also close. i received a welcome cocktail at the bar.
the air conditioner in the room was not effective. it was hard to breathe during the night. the railing on the balcony felt low (i was on a high floor).

gemma welcomed me warmly upon arrival. she thoroughly explained the city's highlights and transport options. i also enjoyed welcome drinks and dinner at the hotel restaurant, the cocktails were excellent and the food delicious.
the air conditioning did not work well and it was very hot at night. the pastries tasted like they were shop-bought and not fresh. the balcony railing also felt quite low, it made me nervous.
