Solid stay near the station
secure parking comfortable bed friendly staff
The hotel location is convenient. I easily walked from the train station with my luggage. The secure parking garage is directly next door. The front desk offered coffee near the reception area, a welcome amenity. The room had a comfortable bed. The bathroom included a bathtub, a nice feature. The breakfast was complete. I found good value with plenty of choices. The staff was friendly. I received a comprehensive welcome at the front desk. The staff also accommodated a late shut down of a noisy area.

Acceptable Stay with a Few Issues
deactivated air conditioning inconvenient coffee situation
The air conditioning situation was less than ideal. It wasn't even summer, yet the system was deactivated, so I had no control over the room temperature. I either had to endure stuffy air or open the windows and deal with the street noise. I found it inconvenient that the room lacked a kettle. A morning coffee required either a trip to the breakfast room, or paying extra for room service.

the location was excellent. it was a short walk from the train station and also to the lake. onsite parking was available and very convenient.

convenient location helpful staff comfortable bed
the location was very convenient , close to the lake. staff was friendly and helpful with directions. the room was clean and well-appointed , the bed was very comfortable. i enjoyed the complimentary coffee and tea available on the first floor.
the air conditioning was disconnected , making it difficult to control the room temperature.

A superb find near everything!
hot drinks clean room comfortable bed quiet room
The free hot drinks were a super treat between 1 pm and 9 pm! I especially loved that hot chocolate. My room was setup well. All clean! The bed was comfortable, and I slept like a log.
The room was a bit too small, but this is only a minor issue.
Location

Location is fantastic! It is a short walk to the town center. There are many shops. Walking to the old town is very easy, and there is so much to see close to the premises.
