fantastic family stay!

the location is superb, near many restaurants. the bus to disneyland was very easy. the pool area features waterslides and games, a true hit with kids. the staff displayed amazing friendliness, a plus for our experience.

The pools were heated, so I could swim despite the winter season. My children enjoyed playing table tennis. The location is near several food outlets, convenient for quick meals.

The television in my room didn't work properly. It froze often. I heard that the pool gave some guests a rash. The front desk staff was not very friendly. They rarely had answers.

The breakfast was repetitive, it offered the same items each day. The flavor was lacking. I noticed stained bed sheets and a towel upon arrival. I informed the front desk, but these were never changed . It really detracted from the experience
