I was charmed by the breakfast! it provided so many choices. the location was excellent. It was close to many restaurants and sites. the staff was great and very helpful. I appreciated this very much.
The hotel charged a daily facility fee, and i was not informed about this at any point! This was a surprise. the parking garage was the most expensive in the area. It was sixty dollars per day.

the rooms were very clean and spacious. the breakfast included each morning was really good. i liked the location it is close to many sightseeing spots. i found the staff to be friendly and helpful there.
the resort fee felt unnecessary since i did not use all the included amenities like the pool.

the hotel had a good location so it was close to everything.
my room was so small and felt really old i was disappointed. the bathroom felt cramped two people could not fit in it at once. the corridors were noisy i heard lots of people talking loudly.

terrible experience check in process
the check in process was a total disaster. i had booked 5 months prior to my arrival but the employee took like 45 minutes to check us in. when i went to the complimentary breakfast they told me i wasnt a guest. it was a terrible experience.

central hotel was pretty good
central location convenient breakfast concierge service
i loved the hotel's proximity to pier 39. breakfast was included each morning. the location allowed us to easily walk to nearby attractions plus the rooms were very comfy. i could conveniently leave my luggage safely with the concierge.
The mini convenience store was pricey. Coffee cost almost $8. the staff was unfriendly, almost rude.

hotel location local tips breakfast buffet hot lobby rude staff scratchy sheet
i was so happy, the hotel location let me walk to the pier! prince at the bell service gave me awesome local tips. the breakfast buffet really did exceed my expectations!
the lobby felt so hot, it made me sweat. front desk people seemed so annoyed and wasn't friendly at all. the sheets on the bed wasn't the same, one felt scratchy.
