Excellent Camps Bay Stay

We booked a studio garden view room and it proved ideal. The room was close to the main area and a nearby supermarket. This made it easy to get around (very handy!). The staff were very friendly and helpful. They quickly arranged our tour and taxi needs. I found the service efficient.

The room didn't quite match the pictures online. It was a small issue, and did not overall detract from my stay.

I found the room to be somewhat noisy. I could hear people walking past at all hours. The heater in the room did not provide adequate warmth. The shower had some issues. It wasn't great overall and detracted from the stay.

The location was close to the beach. I will give them that.

The room i got looked nothing like the photos i saw when i booked it. the tv was in the kitchen with uncomfortable seating and no channels worked. the fans in the bedroom were also very loud. It was difficult to sleep.

I must say, i felt a bit let down by a few things. the noise was quite noticeable, especially from other guests. I could hear them quite clearly through the walls. also, the television in my room wasn't working properly. i asked about it, but it wasn't fixed . it was a bit frustrating as i like to watch tv in the evenings.
