wonderful stay
friendly staff ocean view heated pools
i had an very nice valentines evening here. the staff greeted us so friendly. the room was spacious with atlantic ocean views. our balcony had views of the heated infinity pools. after dinner i was so surprised to see rose petals and champagne in our room. we then enjoyed our evening in the hammock on the balcony.
the air conditioning in our room was not working right. we were not comfortable sometimes. they said they would get someone to fix it but no one came. the ac needs some maintenance.

i had a beautiful dinner. sparkling wine and hors d'oeuvres were offered. the harp player provided beautiful music. the beef toban yaki is amazing. the truffle fries were also fantastic.

the bathroom is spacious. the rain shower was a wonderful experience. the kitchenette is well stocked. i loved the nespresso machine. breakfast was a continental breakfast served in our room.

excellent Stay
ocean view attentive staff complimentary wine
i stayed for several nights and appreciated the hotel's location overlooking camps bay. there were clear views of the ocean, the lion's head, and table mountain, it was really picturesque. the staff proved attentive and helpful throughout my visit. i particularly enjoyed the complimentary wine and canapés each evening.
the television in my room seemed a bit outdated and not the easiest to operate.

The room included a spacious terrace with mountain views. It was well maintained. fast wi-fi was available throughout the stay and allowed for efficient remote work. The room had generous space. a large wardrobe offered plenty of storage.

the staff was helpful and well mannered, and seemed to enjoy their jobs! they always answered my questions with a smile, showing attention to detail. the hotel arranged trips, restaurants and ensured a stress free stay.

the hotel offered two heated pools and more sun beds than guests, So there was plenty of room around the pools. there IS also a fully equipped gym with modern machines, which i used every day. breakfasts had excellent food and beverage choices.

heated pools sunbeds space included breakfast hot food
i enjoyed the TWO heated pools. sunbeds offered ample space for everyone. the location offered great views. the staff were always ready to HELP. it was a GREAT trip. the included breakfast had local fruits and pastries. i also appreciated the hot food OPTIONS. the staff lent us sunscreen for table mountain.
the gym equipments are LITTLE outdated.

staff members greeted us on arrival and transported bags to rooms. staff were friendly, attentive and had humor. concierge service provided an optimal experience.

the hotel enjoys panoramic views of the surrounding landscape and ocean. it is set high above camps bay and its bustling restaurant strip. camps bay is laid out in front and lion's head is to the right. it is easily accessible to all parts of the city.

pastry selection convenient location slow room service uncovered parking
the breakfast was varied and filling. i found the selection of pastries (i especially enjoyed the croissants!) quite appealing. the hotel also had a convenient location close to local attractions. the accessibility made exploring the area easy.
i found the room service to be slow. waiting 40 minutes for a coffee seemed excessive. the parking situation was also not ideal. there was no covered parking, so i had to walk in the rain.

I stayed in a beautiful junior suite with a terrace, i enjoyed the sea view of lions head and table mountain. the sunsets from the poolside were beautiful. The staff provided wine and snacks each evening. the service was very attentive, providing recommendations and delivering breakfast to my room each morning.
The hotel charged a lot for a pick-up to franshoek.

Two heated pools exist. One on each side of the hotel provided ample space. sun beds were available in numbers greater than guests and were arranged around the pool areas. a fully equipped gym contains dumbbells, exercise bikes, and weight lifting machines.
