The location is central. The hotel includes a good breakfast buffet. Staff provided great assistance. Sinan specifically aided with cab and day trip bookings. He was always available and quick with responses. Sinan cared for our needs very well.
The manager forgot to load three suitcases into our shuttle to the airport. We realized this one hour away. A taxi brought the suitcases. We paid 100 euros for it.
