helpful staff rooftop patio convenient location
i found the rooftop patio was lovely. nadin from the staff was very sweet and helpful . the location was close to restaurants and shopping so it was really convenient

nice stay
courteous personnel ample beverage excellent manager cool dog
the front office personel, bezza, greeted us upon our arrival. she assist with the check-in. the food and beverage were enough. the housekeeper, nur, was great. the managers furqan and mustafa were excellent too. i found simba, the dog, was cool looking after the hotel.
the air conditioning was not cooling very well. better provision of soap could have been done.

staff were very helpful and kind. the front desk assisted with check in. the managers were excellent. i think they welcomed guests carefully.

the hotel has a rooftop terrace with beautiful views. the terrace is perfect for watching balloons in the sky. the view from the balcony had great views. the location is good in a lively part of town.

the hotel is close to everything, multiple restaurants are a few minutes walk away. the location is right in the center. everything is within walking distance from the hotel.
