Our room was very clean, and it was very spacious with everything we needed. Our breakfast was amazing with many varieties to choose from, also the food was excellent! the staff took our bags and even parked our car for us. They offered towels and a welcome drink.

the hotel organized a new pan for our kosher breakfast and accommodated all our needs. a bathrobe and slippers were provided for my little one, a thoughtful detail. the spa impressed me with its brand new facilities. expert masseuses knew what they were doing.
housekeeping sometimes removed towels but did not replace them. dirty dishes were occasionally left behind, a very minor inconvenience. only one small bottle of water was provided daily.

inconsistent cocktailsuninterested service
the service seemed generally uninterested. i think many staff members just wanted to go home. i also found the cocktail quality surprisingly inconsistent. sometimes they were expertly made, other times rather weak and carelessly assembled.. perhaps it depended on who was behind the bar at that moment. this inconsistency detracted from the luxury feel overall.
