The gym was quite disappointing. it only had a few pieces of equipment. some of it was broken. also, the all-inclusive drinks tasted watered down and were served in flimsy plastic cups. I expected better quality.

Wonderful Family Vacation!

The entire hotel felt very new! I noticed the room was completely renovated, and most facilities had updates too. The pool area was really clean. I appreciate that detail so much. The pool bar stayed open for a long time, and this offered plenty of time to get snacks and ice cream.

I noticed that the gym had limited equipment. This was a slight inconvenience.

The Family Room featured comfortable beds. I really loved how the bathroom had two separate sinks, and I appreciated the rainfall shower! The air conditioning worked very well, essential for the hot weather.

The restaurant staff and chefs provided great service. They were attentive and helpful, always ready to assist. I saw the bar staff make amazing cocktails and the manager ensured that every guest felt welcomed. I found the level of attention really good!

The location was convenient. It allowed quick access to nearby attractions, and I was happy with that. I noticed a bus stop nearby that facilitated travels, and the area felt peaceful and relaxing too. I felt safe .

sewage smellimperfect cleaning

The room smelled strongly of sewage mixed with mildew. It never dissipated. the cleaning was not perfect. workmen were present around the hotel, with dust in common areas. the pool water reminded me of 40 degrees celsius, so it did not provide any refreshment..

i found the breakfast was very good. i saw it had many options including fresh fruits and vegetables. pancakes and omelettes were excellent quality. coffee was also very good here.

i have to say, i think the hotel needs investing in and update it like the surrounding hotels, as this could be great.

the location has easy access to transportation. it is easy to get around once you get used to it. you can get to the beach by bus.
