the staff was cute and the breakfast was delicious. the room was compact but furnished well. the location is great across from the castle.
the downstairs room felt small and dark when the window was closed. i found a damp smell. i kept the window open since i was on the ground floor.

the downstairs room was definitely small. i had booked the king size room, but they couldn't accommodate us and my dog. there was no discount offered after that, which i found disappointing.

i adored this place. the location is fantastic with easy access to local attractions. my room was super super clean and cozy. the food was good and the staff were always friendly and helpful .
the noise from adjacent rooms was a bit disruptive. i could hear conversations and other sounds late at night. better soundproofing would greatly improve the guest experience in the future!

Our room was not serviced during our two-night stay so we ran out of tea, coffee, and biscuits. It would have been helpful if these items had been replenished daily.

i found the location convenient to the castle. parking was easy. my evening meal was tasty, homemade chicken curry.
The room was a bit cold. No heating was on during the daytime! the staff gave me an additional oil radiator, but it wasn't quite enough.

i enjoyed the large, free car park it was very convenient the breakfast was fabulous and cooked to order i found a nice, friendly welcome on arrival the staff were polite and accommodating. the location is perfect to visit the castle and mill.
