The breakfast selection was quite diverse I particularly enjoyed the variety of options. The hotel's ramp access is very convenient and made getting around much easier. I also appreciated the professional manner and courtesy shown by all staff members .
I had to return my key each time I left the hotel this felt slightly inconvenient.

The hotel is near the Ilfracombe Masonic Temple making it easy to visit local attractions. Bus stops are very close providing access to nearby destinations. The central location offers easy walks to the harbour area and other points of interest

The staff helped us with any needs. I appreciated the super clean condition of the entire hotel. The food tasted delicious, especially the evening meals. They were not only beautifully cooked but also well-presented. I will definitely come back to this hotel. It met all my expectations.
The night manager told me off when i asked for more milk for tea. I did not think that was fair.

i found the staff fabulous from the beginning to the end of my stay. the beds was comfortable. breakfast was top notch, it had plenty choice. i only ate in the brassiere one evening because many other excellent restaurants exist in the area, the food and service worked well.
i was told off by the night manager because i requested more milk for tea after the wedding reception.

on-site parking was available, it was very convenient. a bar offered a good selection of drinks. the hotel had a restaurant i found well-kept with an inviting atmosphere and the availability of event spaces allows for hosting gatherings.

the hotel offered close proximity to tunnels beaches, great. i found everything within walking distance, high street, seafront and harbour. convenient access to the south west coast path was available. buses allowed to travel to other areas.

kelsey at reception was attentive from checking in through the evening in the restaurant and mornings at breakfast. the restaurant staff was professional. the hotel had a 24hr night caretaker who received us back after hours. the staff showed great attention to detail.

the staff were very attentive and friendly throughout my stay. the breakfast was perfect and i enjoyed two meals in the brasserie restaurant they were delicious. i particularly recommend the fish dishes as the sauces were really good. the king size bedroom was tastefully decorated and clean with a large shower room.
the key had to be returned each time i left and collected on return it created a slight inconvenience.

the hotel is situated a few minutes walk from the town centre and harbour. this makes it easy to access attractions such as the verity statue and other local points of interest. the hotel's location allows for convenient exploration.
