decent stay, some drawbacks
breakfast options bottled water cute feel late check-in tiny bar small patio
the breakfasts were very good. There were many options available and plenty of food. The hosts, i appreciate that. Small touches like bottled water gave a cute feel.
i had to come back later because i arrive early and i cant check-in until 4. The bar is a tiny corner of the front room, i did not expect that. The patio features two small round tables, it is located outside the front door.

rigid breakfast time underwhelming bar setup
the allocated breakfast time felt a bit rigid i would have liked a little more flexibility there. also the bar setup felt a bit underwhelming it was just a tiny corner. it lacked the atmosphere of a proper bar i think a dedicated space could really enhance the experience. i did miss having more of a social area to relax in the evening.

Wonderful Experience!
amazing host really good breakfast superb location cctv security
Ness and Phil are amazing hosts. They were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was fantastic, with homemade bread and AMAZING jams!!! The location is superb. Everything is within easy walking distance. On-site parking with CCTV security provided extra peace of mind.
The bar is a tiny corner of the front room. You ring a bell for service. The patio has only two small round tables outside the front door. These are minor details, though.

Breakfast includes high-quality ingredients, cooked fresh to order. Guests choose from varied options, and vegan options are available with advance notice. The homemade bread and jams are a highlight.

friendly host amazing breakfast homemade bread convenient location
i felt very welcomed right from the start. the hosts were friendly and made sure i was comfortable. the breakfast was amazing with homemade bread and jam (i really liked the marmalade!). the location was convenient with shops and restaurants nearby.

late check-in inflexible breakfast
Check-in was not possible until 4 pm. the room allocated upon arrival was not ideal. It seemed to be the least desirable in the hotel. breakfast was only available at a set time, without self-service options (this felt a bit inflexible).
