Really good Hotel Experience

The room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. Breakfast occurs every morning on the roof. It was a great experience. The views of the bay from public areas and our room are fine. We stayed in room 301. Lovely and friendly staff maximized high service levels. They did their best.

Breakfast was amazing. It was fresh and delicious, a great service. We felt special with the way breakfast is served personally to our table. We still talk about this being the best breakfast in Turkey.

All hotel employees were excellent. The hotel offers parking spots available on the streets. Housekeeping is doing a great job and keeps the rooms super clean. This place is a classy spot with a beautiful ambience.

the hotel has a fine location with fabulous views over the marina and mountains. it is possible to see ancient rock tombs. breakfast is served at the citrus restaurant and the staff there were helpful! the reception staff were very friendly, specifically rukiye was helpful, she aided us with any requests, i have booked again.
I did notice the website was inaccurate. there was no pool bar available. I was looking forward to that.

the breakfast at the citrus restaurant was nice. the staff was helpful (rukiye at reception was particularly lovely). i liked the view from the hotel overlooking the marina and mountains.
there was only one bottle of water provided (i thought this was a little stingy). i also couldn't order tea from room service, a shame. the lift required constant swiping of the card, even when going down.

the pool was closed for cleaning. it broke the contract with me. i wanted to test the hotel and cancel other reservations.

the hotel offered a modern and clean environment. breakfast featured tasty, local produce with a nice selection. jon at the hotel was particularly helpful and always greeted me with a smile (i appreciated his positive attitude). he provided everything i needed .
The steep hill made walking to the marina challenging. Taxis were needed often. i wish there were clearer information on navigating this aspect.
