the location was acceptable.
marco and michela were unprofessional.. they offered a triple room for two adults and two kids. they said it would comfortably fit us with a double bed and a sofa bed. once checked in, i learned a triple room accommodates only three people since the sofa bed is slim, good for one person only. they suggested my five-year-old sleep in a baby cot. it was a stressful few nights.

slamming doors
i had trouble sleeping. the cleaning staff talked loudly, and doors slammed. i also heard neighbors walking around, so it was not restful at all.

The breakfast was tasty. I will give them that.
The housekeeping staff began yelling loudly outside my door each morning around 7:30 AM, and doors slammed shut constantly, it was far from ideal. the hotel lacks parking, though there is supposed to be free parking nearby, it's a gamble.

The room faced the lake directly. It provided a view that was amazing. Breakfast included a wide, fresh variety of choices each morning. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
The walls seemed a little thin. I could hear some noise from neighboring rooms. This was occasionally disruptive during quieter times.

the location was central , just steps from the lake. my room had a private balcony with a lovely view of the lake , it was modern and comfortable.

Really good Stay in Prime Location

The hotel's location is super central. It sits right on the square. I found the cleanliness of my room superb. The bed was comfortable, I slept very well. I was impressed with the water pressure in the shower it was amazing.
The soundproofing was not perfect. I could hear some noise from the hallway at times it was a very slight issue.

The staff offered hot drinks immediately upon my arrival they were very attentive. The breakfast service was very good including fresh coffee. They ensured I had everything needed for a comfortable morning meal.
